Cmc is proud to have this outstanding 1931 Chevrolet Victoria Landau Phaeton in our showroom. This car received a no expense spared body off the frame restoration to the highest standards. The "Victoria" Landau Phaeton was the top the line model in 1931 and very few are known to exist today.

1931 was a great year in the automotive industry and the Chevrolet was no exception. The 1931 Chevrolet AE Independence was greatly improved with a heavier, more solid frame give a much better ride quality. The bodies were roomier and more stylish. The Victoria Landau was the most stylish and versatile of all the convertibles. The Victoria featured roll up framed windows front and rear. A removable chrome divider pillar separated the windows and provides a complete Phaeton open feel when windows are rolled down. The front seat swing forward and provide great comfort for rear passenger.

This particular example is one the best known to exist today. The car has received a frame off restoration to the highest degree. The body was removed from the chassis. The chassis was powder coated and rebuild from the ground up. All new lines, brakes, suspension components were used. A stainless steel exhaust system was installed. The engine was carefully rebuilt and reassembled like new. The tan canvas soft top was custom made and fitted to perfection. All of the chrome has been triple chrome plated to look new again. The restoration was done less then 10 years ago and looks like it was done last week. The paint has no cracks or imperfections to speak of. The chrome is remarkable inside and out.
