A Chevy V8 upgrade, Renegade decals, new carpeting, an overdrive
transmission, and many more desirable investments mean this 1985
Jeep CJ7 is a 4x4 with flash AND substance.
You know this off-roader means business the moment you lay eyes on
it. There are plenty of features you'll love for the trail,
including the lifted suspension, Smittybilt tube side steps, a tow
hitch, fender flares, and dual tubular bumpers with integrated
brush bar in the front. But even with all of this rough-n-ready
appearance, this Jeep is also prepared for a night on the town.
After all, many of these rugged features are also done in a flashy
chrome. And there is a brand-new Renegade stripe kit that looks
especially bold against this Jeeps good-looking glossy black.
The tan interior has a timelessly tasteful look against the
exterior black, particularly because the seats, dash, and roll bar
padding all look good. While all Jeeps are useful for the off-road,
this one is done with added comfort in mind, too. You have
nicely-bolstered buckets seats, a brand-new carpeting kit
installed, and a full hardtop and doors. Driving music is upgraded
with an AM/FM/CD stereo featuring Bluetooth. Plus, it's an easy
everyday machine with a tilt steering column, upgraded Lokar
shifter, and a full gauge package, including tach.
For versatile power and virtually limitless upgradeability, it's
hard to beat the Chevy small block 350 V8. So it's nice to see the
upgrade under the hood done with care. The robust powerplant
benefits from the addition of performance components such as an
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Weiand intake, and a hardy sound
from the side pipe dual exhaust. It's a powerful package that also
starts up readily and run smoothly. That makes for a useful setup
that's furthered by the upgrade to a 700R4 four-speed automatic
transmission w/overdrive. There are more great anytime driving
features like power steering, power brakes, and front discs. Of
course, when the pavement ends, this CJ knows how to keep going.
The two-speed 4x4 transfer case combines with the added ground
clearance and Pro Comp All Terrain tires to make off-roading
fun.
This Jeep has an awesome look and an awesome upgraded heart. It all
makes for a package you need to get your hands on right now. Call
