Production Order, (otherwise known as COPO) through Cramer Motors,
a Chevrolet dealership in North East PA. Through the COPO Program,
the Nova was specially ordered with 4.56 gears in the rear end and
a radio delete package. This is such a rare combination, we don't
even know if another exists like this type. Al Cramer, the owner of
Cramer Motors, and the person who physically placed the order on
this car in 1968 has verified this information for us. In 1968,
there were 667 vehicles produced in 1968 with the L78 engine and
1,495 vehicles produced with the M21 4-speed transmission. Given
this, the car is 1 of 667, but the 'BW' axle code was a special-
order item. This, combined with the color combination, makes this a
