This 1968 Corvette L71 is just as it came from the factory and has
10,302 actual miles. This Corvette was ordered from Baker Chevrolet
in Indiana and purchased on March 5, 1968. The invoice describes an
array of high-performance equipment, including an L71 427/435hp
engine, close-ratio 4-speed manual transmission, full transistor
ignition, posi-traction 4:11 axle, F41 suspension and off-road
exhaust. Despite all of that high-performance equipment, it was
never raced or abused and retains its originality. The interior is
like new, the car starts, runs and drives well, and everything
works as it should. There is some light surface rust on the
underside and the brake lines have been changed to stainless. For
safety, the original tires were replaced with correct reproduction
F70 15 Firestone thin whitewalls. The original owner is a physician
who stored the car due to a thriving practice but drove the car at
frequent intervals to maintain it. **SOMES STATES ISSUE "MILEAGE
