This 1989 Chevy K2500 is a low mileage Cheyenne that spent its life
in the South. This is a well maintained and original truck that is
ready to be used and enjoyed. The body is extremely clean and
straight with no rust to be found. It has had a repaint in its
original color of white because of the GM Clear Coat peeling issues
and the paint looks wonderful. The underside is also very clean as
you can see from the undercarriage photos on our website. The
interior is also really nice and original with the exception of the
upgraded bench seat. It was upgraded because the Cheyenne had just
a basic seat, so the last owner upgraded the seat from a 95 Truck.
Nicer seat and more comfortable.
Mechanically this truck runs and drives excellent. It has a 350 V8
TBI (Fuel Injected) engine that runs strong. It is all stock and it
is mated to the Turbo 400 Automatic Transmission that shifts nice.
The transfer Case is the np241 and the 4WD works like it should.
Rear Axle is a Corporate 14 Bolt with 3.73 Gears and the Front has
the independent Front Suspension with 3.73 Gears. Th shocks were
recently replaced and it has a newer set of tires installed. We
found nothing else that need attention and the truck is ready to
roll.
