1962 Chevrolet Bel Air - 350ci V8 - Automatic Transmission - 45k
Miles - Air Ride Suspension - Custom Blue Exterior Over Black
Interior This 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air 4-door sedan is finished in
blue metallic over a black vinyl interior and is powered by a 350ci
V8 paired with a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission.
Equipment includes air-ride suspension, power brakes, power
steering, and custom paint graphics. Located in Grand Rapids,
Michigan, this Bel Air is now offered by the selling dealer on a
clear Michigan title. The car is finished in two-tone blue metallic
with a white roof featuring traditional lowrider style patterned
graphics. Chrome half-moon covers were installed on the quad
headlights in the front, while the car retains the rest of its
factory chrome pieces, including the headlight bezels, front and
rear bumpers, and door handles. A single antenna is mounted on the
top of the passenger side quarter panel while polished tips for the
dual exhaust exit under the bumper. Factory 14 steel wheels with
full chrome wheel covers are fitted to white stripe tires on all
four corners. The air-ride suspension is fully adjustable with
individual switches for each corner, and the compressor & tank
mounted in the trunk. The interior is fitted with bench seats
upholstered in black cloth, while the matching black door panels
and dash pad feature diamond-patterned stitching. Black carpet
covers the floor with matching mats, and a vinyl center console
with armrest was added to the front seat. A dual-knob, 5-button
radio is integrated into the center dash while switches to control
the car's air ride system are located under the dash, just to the
right of the steering column. The black headliner shows some
sagging, as shown in the photo gallery. Instrumentation is framed
by a two-spoke steering wheel and includes a 120-mph speedometer
and additional gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and
voltage. Auxiliary aftermarket gauges are mounted below the dash,
providing readouts for each individual airbag's PSI on the
suspension system. The 5-digit odometer reads 45k miles, though
true mileage of the vehicle is unknown. Power is provided by a
350ci V8 backed by a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission. The
engine bay has been fully restored with a matte black firewall and
inner fenders while the block, heads, valve covers, and intake
manifold are finished in Chevrolet Engine Orange.
