this awesome example of a 3rd Generation Corvette. Bright Red
paint, a 427 under the hood, sidepipes, and a 4 speed manual are
just a few of the positives going for this classic Vette. Putting
the top down on a warm day and taking a cruise in this car with the
side pipes screaming in your ear will put a huge smile on your
face. Just remember you're in a pull me over red car, so drawing
extra attention to the car isn't really necessary, but it's so hard
to resist mashing the 'go pedal' and making all that big block V8
noise. This Vette is the result of a restoration that was an
ongoing project for 2 ½ years. This car is straight, with all body
panels having been carefully hung, and precisely adjusted. Being an
early Third generation, this car has that nice bit of contrast
thanks to the chrome bumpers front and rear. The car was stripped
down to the fiberglass body before being repainted in red. Finished
in the correct Rally Red paint (code: 974), this car is hard to
miss. The paint is bright, glossy, and like the trim on the car,
shows very well. The underside is very clean with a rust-free
frame. It's obvious that great care was taken during the
restoration, even under the car. A close look reveals Polyurethane
bushings, new bolts throughout, new suspension components including
shocks and springs, and a new fuel tank. The flowing lines of the
3rd Generation Corvette are unmistakable. During the restoration
process, the interior was refinished by a reputable upholstery
shop. The results speak for themselves - the fit and finish is very
nice. The interior has been left trimmed the way it came from the
factory - Black vinyl (Code: STD) Slide into the driver's seat and
you'll see that all the little details have been looked after, and
are in very good condition. As a whole, the interior shows well.
Seats, door panels, gauges, dashboard, even the pouches on the
passenger's side dashboard are all in very nice condition. An
AM/FM/Cassette player is mounted just below the factory auxiliary
gauges, which offer the chance to keep track of the engine vitals.
Under the hood is a 427ci V8 mated to a 4 speed manual
transmission, which is also indicated on the hood cowl, and plaque
at the base of the shift knob. This makes an awesome combination in
a legendary sports car! A few performance parts have also been
added to the big block in the form of a FiTech fuel injection
system, Edelbrock Intake Manifold, polished valve covers, and
polished or chrome trim pieces throughout the engine bay. As you
can see, the exhaust system has been upgraded to side pipes, and
also consists of heat tape wrapped headers. As you can imagine, it
sounds great! Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our

any questions. Thank you for looking. VIN Decode: 1 - GM Division:
