Vehicle Description
A classic 1987 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, with a nicely presented
original two-tone combination, fuel-injected power, and a loaded
A/C interior is exactly the kind of SUV that brings back a whole
lot of great memories. And because this is a believed low-mileage
4x4 you also have the potential to make plenty of new ones,
too.
We're in a new renaissance of the two-door SUV. After all, there's
a new Ford Bronco on the way, and so now is the time to get in on
the nostalgia that everyone else will be feeling soon, too. The
boxy S-10 Blazers have the perfect balance of both a tough and
sporty appearance. Plus, the two-tone blue on this one adds a dash
of sophistication into the mix. This is believed to be the original
factory application, and so it has an impressive amount of gloss
for a survivor. That's what you get on an SUV that has averaged
around 1,800 miles annually and has likely only had two owners over
its lifetime. This one has the best details, too, like the roof
spoiler, added front bug shield, and a full-size spare on a swing
away mount. Chevy even made sure to stamp 4x4 into the 15-inch
alloys just to make sure you knew this one was special.
There's plenty more blue on the inside, and it's broken up nicely
by a tasteful gray on the seats and doors. This is a highly
original setup that has been well maintained. So while the odometer
is low, you can easily add to it with this comfortable place to eat
away the miles. You have front bucket seats with center console
in-between, and the moment you slip behind the factory wheel, you
realize you are in command of a very loaded machine. Everything is
within easy reach, including the power windows, power locks, tilt
steering column, cruise control, and the factory premium
AM/FM/cassette stereo. The split rear end makes this your perfect
tailgating buddy, and with comfortable interior seating for up to
five, you can take family and friends along, too. On the way home,
everyone stays comfortable thanks to recently serviced cold-blowing
air conditioning.
Under the hood is the fuel-injected 2.8-liter V6 motor. This is
believed to be original to the truck, and it has an outstanding
level of preservation. This level of care also means the motor
fires up and runs with the kind of confidence that keeps this
classic a solid driver. There have even been recent investments in
places like the axle seals and shocks. Add in power steering, front
disc brakes, and a four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive,
and you soon realize this S-10 Blazer is also a great anytime
cruiser. And when the pavement ends, the two-speed 4x4 transfer
case keeps you going.
The level of presentation and cleanliness on this S-10 Blazer is
quite amazing. It makes for a mix of nostalgia and capability
that's irresistible. Call today!!!
