Vehicle Description
This 1954 Chevrolet 3100 5 Window pickup has a cool/custom style
that will be irresistible to those who love a unique classic. With
a well-integrated two-tone, upgraded A/C interior, and a stout
small block V8 under the hood, it makes for a thoughtful distinct
Chevy.
This truck announces it's something different from the moment it
comes into view. The teal paint has the deeper tones of a more
modern application. This is complemented by a gunmetal gray on the
grille, running boards, and bumpers. It makes for a unique and
modern two-tone that has the right amount of metallic embedded into
the finish so that it loves to radiate in the sunshine. Upgraded
headlights, a rear step bumper, bright dual exhaust tips, and Ultra
15-inch polished alloys all make for an upgraded appearance. But
this one never loses its classic style either. You see it in the
right details everywhere from the vintage Chevy hood trim to the
light oak wood in the truck bed floor.
The interior continues this nice mix of vintage and upgraded. After
all, you still have the classic bench seat, but it was never done
in this kind of comfy cloth or seatbelts. And you still have the
factory-style dash with correct gauges, but now it holds a ton more
amenities. This includes upgraded comfort with an AM/FM/CD stereo
and cold-blowing R134a air conditioning. You also have an upgraded
driving experience with a wood-rimmed sports steering wheel and a
full set of auxiliary readouts, including a prominently mounted
tach. And because this is a desirable five-window cab, it lets in
more light so you can see the full package better.
Since this pickup has been upgraded inside and out, it's also great
to see they gave it more power under the hood, too. This now has a
350 cubic-inch V8. It has all the right pieces for a strong motor,
like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Pertronix Flame-Thrower
billet distributor, and an aluminum radiator. The V8 fires up
nicely, and the headers give it extra power and bass as they feed
the dual exhaust. This truck was built to be an al-around fine
cruiser, and that's why you have a three-speed automatic
transmission, power steering, power brakes, and an updated
independent front suspension with disc brakes.
Complete with build receipts, the investments in this truck were
about keeping you comfortable while showing off a unique classic.
