A 1932 Ford 3-Window Coupe with a slick appearance, performance
suspension, and a powerful dual-quad V8 is iconic. But when you can
find one that also has modern luxuries like an A/C interior, backup
camera, and other award-worthy details, that's when you know you
found a hot rod that has it all.
Having a big motor on display like this makes this coupe looks fast
just standing still. We'll get to all the engine's details in a
moment, but first, take some time to appreciate the full custom
build. The vivid orange paint has a terrific gloss that highlights
the sleek style of the quality Gibbon's fiberglass body. And those
Billet Specialties wheels have a nice shine to draw extra focus to
the staggered 17/20 inch front/rear setup that gives this an
intimidating stance. There's extra consideration that went into the
details of this build. You see it everywhere, including the
color-matched frame, smooth firewall, and the shaved door handles
with no exterior hinges. We especially like the rear with a
terrific set of LED taillights, integrated exhaust tips, and a
license plate panel that folds down when you fire up this hot rod.
Even the undercarriage was color-matched, showing how detailed this
build is. The total package delivers a street machine that they'll
be talking about long after you drive away.
You'll love to pop the remote door openers to show off the suicide
doors. And as people look inside, they'll discover one of the most
comfortable interiors you'll find in a hot rod. The dual bucket
seats were borrowed from a late model vehicle for modern comfort,
and this build makes them its own with a custom ostrich texture
upholstery. The black vinyl on these seats coordinate with the
carpeting, door panels, headliner, and even the trunk for a very
uniform total look. It's built with modern comfort in mind, and so
you have nice features like power windows and cold-blowing R134a
air conditioning. In the center is a modern touchscreen
infotainment stereo that includes AM/FM/CD/DVD with Bluetooth,
satellite radio, and even a backup camera. All this comfort is well
integrated into a sporty package that includes a Lecarra sports
steering wheel on a tilt column, floor shifter, and a dash full of
VDO gauges.
The motor the tidy and polished look that's perfect to always have
on display. Plus, the color-matched dual-barrel air intake with
eyes on the moving flaps is just a masterstroke of cool. And beyond
the style is a ton of substance. You're looking at a 350 cubic-inch
V8 that's been built with go-fast goodies like a dual four-barrel
carburetors, an Edelbrock intake, and headers. The dual exhaust
makes a sweet sound with Magnaflow mufflers, but any time you
really want to bring the thunder, just take the caps out of the
cutouts. As you look underneath, you'll see how solid this is with
a strong frame, four-link front end, and a four-link rear with
adjustable coilovers. The three-speed transmission feeds the Ford
9-inch rear for good all-around performance. Plus, stopping is
confident with four-wheel disc brakes.
It's hard not to get excited about such a well-done machine. So if
you like making others jealous, hurry up and grab this coupe. Call
