Vehicle Description
STK #2861 1935 Ford Street Rod
The 1935 Ford is a great platform for a street rod and this unique
street rod sedan has received a full restoration with a broad range
of mechanical enhancements. Originally a 'Fordor' model, the
all-steel body was sectioned to create a 'Tudor' sedan and the
entire front clip was removed and replaced with a simple '32
'deuce' grill shell. It was then professionally resprayed a
stunning shade of Envy Green with ceramic coating. Classic slotted
alloys with meaty BFGoodrich Radial T/A rear tires provide a
perfect accent to the striking exterior. A comfortable black vinyl
interior features late-model buckets seats w/belts, vinyl door
cards, tinted windows and plenty of storage for your stuff. Its
'one-off' custom dash houses a set of TPI-Tech gauges and a raging
Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo sound system. The engine bay holds a
rebuilt 283ci small-block with 327 'stroker' crank. (This
combination creates a 307ci small-block.) Mixture is managed by an
Edelbrock Tunnel Ram dual-quad intake and Edelbrock carbs. The fuel
system is equipped for nitrous oxide with firewall 'purger' valve
and exhaust is routed through tube headers w/cut-outs to a
free-flowing system. This 'Mouse' sounds very strong and is mated
to a GM 700R4 automatic transmission. The chassis is fitted with a
Mustang II rack/pinion front-end w/coil springs and a GM rear
differential with leaf springs, traction bars and air-shocks.
Electrics have been converted to a 12v alternator-based system and
brakes are manual disc/drum units w/dual master. This unique,
well-built '35 Ford street rod will soon provide a lot of fun for
its new owner. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS"
