Being offered is one of the nicest 1973 Volkswagen Bugs we have seen, this vehicle received a complete restoration, did not have to come off the pan because even the area under the battery that is notorious for rusting out was excellent.  This vehicle has approximately 4,000 miles on it since it was professionally restored by a Volkswagen expert, it is extremely nice, no corners were cut and no money was spared.  We recently drove this vehicle 170 miles without any issues. Exterior Highlights:

 

The exterior of the bug is extremely sharp with high gloss base coat clear coat two tone paint, attitude black metallic over magnetic grey metallic, it has very sharp Enkei Compe wheels that give the car a sharp appearance, this bug has received a front disc brake conversion.  Every detail on the exterior of the car is excellent, the trim and chrome on the car are like new.  The lights on the vehicle are very bright and crack free.  The Vehicle has a very sporty look.  The running boards, like the rest of the vehicle are excellent.  As the pictures show this Bug is very sharp and really draws a crowd everywhere it goes.  Please give Tom a call at 513 608-8121 with any questions.

 

 

 

 

 

Interior Highlights:

 

The interior of this bug is stunning to say the least.  The attention to detail is amazing.  The bug has excellent black vinyl bucket seats, with matching rear bench.  The interior was redone with TMI seat pads, seat covers, and door panels.  The dash is color keyed to the car and is excellent yet simple.  The carpet, door panels, headliner, and all interior trim are very nice. This bug is equipped with a very nice Pioneer AM/FM stereo with great sounding speakers.  This vehicle has a vintage feel and is an awesome cruiser.  The vehicle has a very sharp steering wheel with functioning horn.  The windows on the vehicle are crystal clear and are functionally excellent.  The trunk of the car, which is many times overlooked, is just as nice as the rest of the car as can be seen in the pictures, you will be hard pressed to find a vintage beetle as nice as this one.  Take a look at the photos in detail, there is nothing overlooked on this car.

 

 

 

 

 

Mechanical Highlights:

 

Mechanically this vehicle is equipped with a dual port 1600 cc motor that was rebuilt with Mahle pistons and a petronix electronic ignition and coil.  This bug starts, runs, drives, and stops without issue.  The bug has a 4 speed manual transmission that shifts smoothly, the transmission was also gone through with new throw out bearings and seals..  The vehicle has dual exhaust with stainless tips coming out the rear that add to the sporty look.  Mechanically this car was gone through completely, including emergency brake, the struts were completely gone through including polyurethane bushings, all engine components were updated, everything.  The undercarriage of the car is excellent.  The vehicle has new heater cables, the heater channels were excellent, this vehicle has excellent heat.  This VW is effortless to drive and will put a smile on your face every time you get behind the wheel.
