1965 Ford Mustang.... "Sharp!" This first generation Mustang has
jaw-dropping good looks with a brand new Light Silver Metallic
paint job with Black racing stripes. The stripes are painted on as
well and really make this Mustang pop. The paint is a Nason
basecoat/clearcoat with a great depth and shine. That paint scheme
is paired with American Racing Magnum style polished aluminum
wheels wrapped in new rubber. This is a C-Code car from the
factory, meaning it came with a V8. The 289 CID V8 engine purrs
through full-length headers running to dual exhaust. Open the hood
and you are greeted with a highly detailed engine compartment that
is ready to show! The engine has an Edelbrock Performer aluminum
intake manifold topped with a rebuilt Carter 4-barrel carburetor. A
new fuel pump has been added along with new starter, water pump,
HEI distributor, 9.5mm spark plug wires, Autolite spark plugs, and
a fresh oil change. The engine is topped off with aluminum finned
valve covers and a chrome air cleaner. The power is sent through
the Ford Cruise-O-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission that makes
this pony car easy to cruise. Being able to stop is just as
important, so new brakes have been installed including a new master
cylinder, brake wheel cylinders and hoses. New weather stripping
keeps lets everything seal up nicely and keeps you comfortable on
the rare black vinyl bench seat with seat belts. The interior is
clean and shows very well with new carpet and a new dash pad.
Additional gauges have been mounted under the dash to keep an eye
on what the engine is doing. The front end was aligned to make sure
the new tires wear evenly and the car tracks straight. After the
fresh paint job was completed the car was wet sanded and buffed and
new chrome was added to finish it off. New mirrors, door handles,
door locks, wheel moldings, emblems and gas cap were installed.
Even the trunk is nicely detailed and ready to show. These Mustangs
