Jeep took the competition of the heated SUV market seriously when
it introduced the Grand Wagoneer in 1984. The Grand Wagoneer
offered refinement and luxury to its ling successful Wagoneer.
Plush carpet, power options and signature leather / cloth seating
were offered standard. The Grand Wagoneer's classic design and
reliable mechanicals made them the desired choice among many when
purchasing a 4 door SUV. The best and most desirable of these were
the Chrysler engineered models built between 1987 and 1991. These
trucks had the most refinement, best colors and highest
options.
The 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer offered here has been under the same
ownership for the past 14 years prior to our recent acquisition.
The car is finished in Classic White exterior with woodgrain over
burgundy leather interior. It is powered by its 5.9 liter V8
engine, automatic transmission and Jeeps 4 wheel drive system.
Highlights include: power steering, power brakes, power windows,
power locks, factory ac, tilt steering wheel, factory aluminum
wheels, luggage rack, fog lights, etc. Today at just 115789 miles
since new, this Grand Wagoneer remains in very good quality driver
condition.
The Exterior has benefitted from a recent repaint in its original
factory color. The Inteiror remains original in all areas, the
leather seat bolsters remain in good condition showing some
expected wear on the driver bolster, but the leather remains in
good overall and supple. The original dash pad has some wear, the
fascia, facia and all other interior trim and upholstery are very
very good.
This Grand Wagoneer for the pas 14 years has been kept at a
secondary residence and used as a vacation vehicle. It has been
routinely serviced to ensure fitness and reliability. It is turn
key and ready for its new chapter in life. These classic Wagoneers
