1978 TOYOTA FJ-40 LAND CRUISER. Second owner and purchased from
original owner in 1984. In 1993 an 18 month fully documented
restoration project was completed. After restoration I drove the
truck daily for just over a year. Wanted to make sure all the
little things worked and it was broken in correctly and didn't look
new. Since then it has been garage kept and driven for pleasure and
has 36,000 miles. Runs and drives great! Purpose of the restoration
was to eliminate the body rust, while updating various items and
keeping the drive train original. Basic body tub was manufactured
by a California company called Mallotte (so the body tub is
actually reinforced fiberglass.) All the other body parts are OEM
sheetmetal. Did not want the truck to ever have rust issues
again!!! Truck includes all the original hardtop parts and all 4
doors. Rear doors are ambulance style with windows. Please Note The
