Very rare one owner, 2007 Mustang Shelby GT500 Convertible with the Shelby 40th anniversary package - currently showing just under 600 actual miles! The car has incredible paperwork showing that there was over $100k invested to make it this way. In 2007 Shelby offered the 40th Anniversary package on 300 or so cars to celebrate 40 years since Shelby started working with the Mustang to make the GT500. For a little over $10k, you got carbon fiber front splitter, rockers and mirror caps, Eibach coil over suspension, Shelby 20? Razor wheels and custom mats, badges, Borla exhaust, cold air intake and 40th badges. To the tune of an additional $25,000 Shelby further enhanced this Snake with the Bear 6 piston front brakes, upgraded rotors, short throw shifter and a larger Ford Racing supercharger amounting to 605hp (all Shelby Super Snakes had the same upgrades and all of them made the same 605hp in 2007 thru 2009). Still owned by the original owner with no accidents or paint history. The 40th Anniversary mats and the tonneau cover for the convertible top have never been out of the plastic and laid down on the car. This is one of 154 convertibles converted and 1 of 29 black convertibles cars to be set up this way with the 40th package & 605hp package. Out of those 29 only 7 had 3:73 gears added in place of the factory 3:31's (this car is a 3:73 car) and only 1 of a very few with red seat inserts and the upgraded NAV equipped Sound system - see the product numbers in the chart attached.
