Vehicle Description
Just from the extra-tall 4x4 stance on this 1987 Chevrolet
Silverado K-10 you can tell they built this one to be a mean
off-road machine. But as you dig deeper, you're going to discover
upgraded V8 power, overdrive transmission, a nice A/C interior, and
plenty more investments to make this an all-around great classic
pickup.
Stance on this truck is everything. It has about six inches of
lift, and that includes some very fresh looking ProComp shocks
(don't forget to check out the undercarriage with the dual sets in
the front.) It's the kind of posture that instantly lets you know
this one gets the job done. And those 17-inch Ultra Motorsports
wheels are equal parts art and intimidation. But there's much more
to this truck that just beefy posture. There's a ton of style here
with the gray and red two-tone that utilizes a bright silver
pinstripe for a dividing line along the side. There's also great
brightwork with the bumpers, wide towing mirrors, and added side
steps. And while you'll like the way this looks, it also has all
the right features to get down to real truck duty, like a hitch on
the rear bumper, liner paint protecting the bed, and dual fuel
tanks.
Inside is more of the gray and red treatment. This is a comfortable
place to spend some time with plush carpeting, taut door panels,
newer dash pieces, and a full headliner. We especially like the
custom gray bench seat with red piping and stitching that really
unites the two-tone theme. There are nice factory-style features,
like the power windows, power locks, and a tilt steering column.
Even the factory air conditioning is blowing cold. Plus, the radio
keeps the classic style look, but now it's a digital tuner with
Bluetooth to give you the best in modern driving music.
The engine bay has the clean look of proper power. It's a 350
cubic-inch V8 that inhales deeper with an Edelbrock four-barrel
carburetor and Edelbrock intake. It exhales with added power as
headers feed a proper dual exhaust. So you have a strong running
motor that loves to make a proper V8 sound. As you look underneath
the truck, it's clean, right down to the U-bolts - so you know they
paid attention to details. If you ever do decide to take this clean
machine off-road, you know it can handle it with features like the
two-speed 4x4 transfer case, lifted suspension, and Yokohama
Geolandar A/T tires. Plus, when you're just rolling through town,
the power steering and power brakes w/discs up front are easy
driving features. This even has a 700R4 four-speed automatic
transmission w/overdrive for easy cruising.
Sharp, powerful, and overall impressive - it's time to enjoy a
lifted 4x4 that truly provides the high life. Call today!!!
