Convertible comes in the popular Red/Black color combination, is in
overall nice condition, and features a 4 speed manual transmission,
and side exhaust. This car's paint looks to be a newer high quality
job, and is vg with a great shine. A 1965-66 big block style hood
has been added. Convertible top is in overall good condition with a
good condition window. With the exception of the windshield, all
exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code.
Weatherstripping and taillights are vg-exc, and original style
hubcaps are in place. Vintage Goodyear Eagle GT HP radial tires
show an average of 8/32nds tread depth remaining in the front, and
an average of 7/32nds remaining in the rear. The interior of this
1966 Corvette Convertible shows vg-exc seats, and good condition
door panels, GM seatbelts, carpet, and dash pods. Correct appearing
AM/FM radio is in place, and a large speakerbox with 2 Alpine 10
inch subwoofers sits in the rear of the car. The numbers matching
engine in this car shows original casting date October 25, 1965,
and final assembly date October 26, 1965. Correct air cleaner,
carburetor, intake manifold, alternator, radiator hose clamps, and
ignition shielding are all in place, and the frame is solid and
rust-free. L79 style valve covers have been added. This car has
been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn
signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good
