Purchase from Minter’s Thunderbird in 2006 for $59,500 1957 Thunderbird Factory Triple Flame Red. Previously rebuilt 312-245 h.p. V8-4BBL. Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes. Thunderbird air conditioning + T-Bird am/FM/tape stereo with dual speakers. Factory engine dress-up option. Correct burtex trunk mat with show detail. Real T-Bird wire wheels with Coker radials. Minter’s cooling package added includes the expanded radiator, larger fan, thermostat, and electric parade fans in front of the radiator.
Thunderbird has a hardtop and tonneau Flame Red with a stand for the hardtop. Also included Minter soft indoor car cover. The new interior was redone two years ago with top of the line carpet, panels, seat foam cushions. The clock switched to Borg electric. Red carryall bag with spare parts, gloves, towel included.
Recently undergone a mechanical check. Brake system, major tune, electrical check, fluids checks and changed. Original 1957 Ford Motor Co. factory invoice to prove her authenticity included. Amos Minter says definitely investment quality.
