Vehicle Description
This award-winning, one-off custom-built Ford F-100 underwent a
professional rotisserie restoration with modern technology added
throughout. It is powered by supercharged 5.3-liter V8 Engine with
ZL1 upgrade kit, ID 1050 fuel injectors, COMP Mutha Thumpr cam, CS
Racing headers with 3-inch stainless-steel exhaust and Flowmaster
mufflers. The engine is mated to a 4L60E 4-speed automatic
transmission connected to a Ford 9-inch posi-traction rear end
turning 3.50 gears. It features an 8-inch lift provided by a custom
tubular bridge frame, C-notched in the rear and Z'd front end with
all-Ford front suspension and triangulated 4-link rear suspension
with custom axles. It all cruises on air-ride suspension controlled
by Aire Jax manual valves featuring handmade wood-grain toggle
switches. The all-steel body features several customizations,
including smoothed sheet metal, shaved body side moldings, tucked
front bumper, custom-fabricated engine compartment components and
raised bed with custom tubs. A 1965 F-100 grille was used to remove
the turn signals, which have been relocated into the new OE7 Dapper
Lighting headlights, providing an original look with modern-day HID
function, along with Dapper Lighting HID rear taillights. It is
finished in Dupont Hot Hues Razzling Red paint with a custom
interior featuring a smoothed dashboard and custom console
color-matched to the exterior, Buckskin bench seat, Dakota Digital
VHX gauges, chrome tilt column with Billet Specialties steering
wheel, Vintage Air System and a Pioneer 7-inch flip-up head unit
with JL Audio speakers. This F-100 also features power steering,
power disc brakes and rides on 19-inch front and 22-inch rear
three-piece U.S. Mags wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero rubber. This
1964 Ford F-100 was featured in Classic Trucks Magazine and on
several websites.
