BODY OVERVIEW: The beauty of this GMC is the cleanliness and
sharpness of the build. The body is straight, clean, and
unencumbered by large amounts of chrome. The bumpers are custom
painted fiberglass and both the running boards and rear fenders are
all new metal. Even the bed and tailgate are new metal! The clean
exterior customization is complete by a gorgeous wood bed kit from
LMC.
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: Much like the body, the paint simply
looks great! The red has a bright shine and the vibrant color
really highlights the body lines on this truck. The grille and
bumpers are color matched, and really play into the clean custom
look.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: As one would expect, the interior is
upgraded and customized just like the rest of the truck. The bucket
seats are TMI and the console, kick panels, door panels, carpet,
headliner, and sunvisors are all new. Equipped with Vintage Air A/C
and heat, this truck is a cruiser! Other interior upgrades include
a tilt column, leather wrapped steering wheel, and electronic
gauges.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood this truck is clean and smooth,
just like the body. The firewall has been shaved for a smooth,
show-truck appearance and the Chevy Performance 350 engine has been
dressed up tastefully. Hooked up to the 350 is a new 700R4
transmission complete with a transmission color. The aluminum
driveshaft connects the transmission to the Ford 8.8 rear end with
4.10 gears and posi-trac. The frame has been completely boxed,
upgraded to independent front suspension, and the truck is sitting
on drop spindles and tubular control arms. Other drivetrain
upgrades include an aluminum radiator, aluminum gas tank, 12.5"
disc brakes, 4-wheel disc brakes, new 8" power brake booster with a
dual master cylinder, and power steering.
