Vehicle Description
This 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am has a cool color combo, an A/C
interior, power V8 power, and four-on-the-floor. It's everything
you want in a classic T/A, and it's ready to roll right now!
It's always special having a Trans Am in factory Cameo White. After
all, the first T/As were finished in this color, and the glossy
presentation lets this one represent its legacy well. You even have
the decal package in blue to really give this one a classic style.
But there's something more here, too. The '77 Trans Am ushered in a
new era of the 2nd gen's design. The headlight and grilles were
integrated into a recessed front end that looked like wings of a
bird taking flight. It's especially nice on this example where the
white contrasts this dark of this recessed feature. And not only
does it highlight the front end, but the blackout look also
coordinates with the iconic hood bird for a sporty and stylish
first impression. The flared fenders, integrated rear spoiler,
fender vents, full body kit, and the shaker-style hood are all
looking good and exactly what you expect on a proper Trans Am. So
this one really has all you the pieces you love, right down
hallmark snowflake wheels.
The blue accents of the exterior get you ready for the full blue
interior. The whole car remains quite stock inside, right down to
the comfy velour upholstery. It's easy for family and friends to
enjoy the ride with you thanks to an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo and
cold-blowing air conditioning. But you never need any of them to
have fun in this T/A. You've got Pontiac's grippy sports steering
wheel, and it's mounted on a tilt column. That way you get an easy
view to the full machine-turned dash panel with full gauge package,
including the cool tach/clock combo. And that goes quite handy with
the Hurst shifter.
There's even more blue under the hood, and it's showing off
Pontiac's mighty 6.6-liter motor. The V8 inhales deeply with a
four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with authority out of those
dual pipes underneath both sides of the rear bumper. It's a
strong-running motor, and you get to take advantage of it better
than most people thanks to the control of the rarely-seen
four-speed manual transmission. These Trans Ams were built to be
good all-around performers, and so you have sway bars front & rear,
power steering, power brakes, front discs, and wide Goodyear Eagle
tires.
Complete with owner's manual, this is an ideal year T/A that brings
together the right color, features, and power into on irresistible
package. So don't miss this classic coupe. Call now!
