Only one owner, purchased by us from the son of the person who bought it new in 1969, it is in wonderful conditions.
It is an end of the first series, precisely September 1969. A version produced for a few months as it is in effect a first series, but with an air filter no longer with a trunk, and tail lights already from the following series. Towards the end of production, the manufacturer already used to assemble some details from the next series.
This makes it even more special and unique in its condition.
The beautiful interiors are well preserved and original. Dashboard never restored.
Very healthy bodywork, never rusted, never accidents, only lightly resprayed 20 years ago, at an authorized Alfa Romeo body shop.
The floors are also intact and never been welded.
The engine (548), gearbox and differential are original. The car is fully Matching Numbers.
A complete service has just been carried out, at a specialized workshop, which involved the replacement of the entire exhaust system, all the ball joints of the arms, gearbox and engine supports, bearings, tappet cover gasket, replacement of all oils and liquids, complete overhaul of carburetors etc. etc.
All certified by photos and invoices of the works.
The car comes with original Roma number plates and old documents, official Alfa Romeo certification, ASI certificate, all keys and use and maintenance booklets, as well as invoices for the work carried out.
