The fourth generation of the C/K Series is a range of trucks manufactured by GM under the Chevrolet and GMC names from 1988 to 2000 and is internally codenamed the GMT400. Introduced in early 87 for the 88 model year, the fourth-generation C/K was initially offered as full-size pickup trucks and chassis cabs and later expanded to full-size SUVs. This particular example is nicely equipped with the 5.7 liter 350ci V8, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, tilt steering, cruise control and a/c. The engine was rebuilt at about 150,000 and runs great. At the same time the engine was rebuilt the 700R4 tranny and 10 bolt rear end were freshened up as well. It was in Georgia up until May of 2019 when it was brought to IL. It had a rust free body with a paint job that had seen its better days. It has since been completely repainted and is straight as an arrow. Since being repainted it received a new spray-in bedliner, new head lights, new tail lights and a sweet set of 22” Ballistic rims with 33” mud tires that really set this classic beauty off. It has been gone through recently during which time it was completely tuned up, all fluids and filters were changed, it received a new windshield and it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its new dual exhaust. It also has a newer Sony AM/FM CD player with AUX input, component speakers, and amp and 2 subs mounted behind the seats. The interior is original and has help up incredibly well for its age. All said and done this 91 looks and drives like it is 3 years not the 30 years old that it is. We have priced it aggressively so if you like what you see don’t wait until it’s sold to call!
