PRICE REDUCED! Beautifully modified and restored 1975 MG Midget. No rust at all! Original “ugly” bumpers were removed and new chromed GT bumperettes installed into the frame members. Body work is replacement metal welded to rebuild areas where the old bumpers were housed. Taken down to bare metal, dents and scratches repaired and new Jeep Ocean Blue Metalic professional paint job with clear coat and cut and buffed. Bondo is minimal and only used lightly for finish. Paint and clear coat averages 22+ mls thickness. All new interior black vinyl panels and black carpeting glued in with marine grade glue. All wiring replaced with new. New 3 point seat belts. OE seat frames but new pads and seat covers. OE steering wheel with original cowling (extremely hard to find). Steering is smooth and very responsive with no play. Front wheel bearings were replaced with new. Front brakes are drilled and slotted rotors with new Beck/Arnley Premium True pads. New drums and shoes for the rear. New flexible rubber brake lines in the front and rear hard lines were replaced with new. Mix of new and OE gages. Side marker lights work and are original. Front running/turn signal lights are new and are Sprites. Rear tail lights were modified to incorporate the back up lights into the lenses. New fiberglass trim pieces installed below the tail lights to fill the old bumper configurations. Original untouched tail light lenses are part of the sale. New Achilles 175/70 HR13 tires on original Rostyle rims 13" that were sand blasted and prof. painted gloss black. New beauty rings. Spare tire also included but no rim. Original 1500 engine with new Weber Progressive 32/36 DGV 5A carburetor, Flame Thrower electronic ignition, new radiator, new Hayden Rapid Cool 3670 electric fan. Engine runs exceptional and no smoke and does not overheat. The Weber carb and Cherry Bomb muffler gives the car more snap and it sounds fantastic. 4 speed OE transmission and solid clutch. New lever shocks, tires, trim, windshield glass, and much more. Top is in great condition. Many “replaced with new” items throughout the rebuild. No title as it was purchased under a Bill of Sale and Georgia does not offer replacement titles. However, Houston County Sheriff Dept did the background check and confirmed the sale to be clear.
