The Porsche 944 was an experiment started with VW on the 924 setup with a front engine, drastically different from the 911 rear engine car. This has been proven that without this model Porsche might have never made it out of the 80's as a manufacture. This allowed the nameplate to appeal to a broader spectrum and offer an entry level Porsche for a fraction of the 911.

We are very pleased to bring to market for the first time since it was sold new out of E. Lansing, Michigan by Bill Cook Imports on June 4th 1987. The "S" model gave you an extra 40HP and some cosmetic upgrades. Vehicle was sold and serviced by the dealer for its first 13k miles and driven less than 800 miles a year. This car is draped in its iconic Black (L041) paint with the matching black leather interior. Vehicle was optioned from the factory with; Blaupunkt Monterey stereo with cassette, front and rear anti-roll bars, side moldings, cruise control, detachable roof, front leather seats, power seats and the sport seats.

The interior of the car is near flawless with pristine seats, dash, headliner and rear seats. The gauge cluster remains stock along with stereo and everything we tested was working properly. Carpets are soft and the door panels are crisp and clean. The exterior of the car is super nice with our paint meter reading 4.5-7.0 all around the car and in line with factory specs. Pop up headlights function properly and detachable roof comes off smooth. Vehicle has the iconic 15in "Phone Dial" wheels that are in very nice shape. Vehicle comes with owner's manuals, service stamps, spare tire, jack, one key, lug key, and the privacy shade for cargo area in place.
