1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43

Offered for sale by K2 Motorcars is this beautiful 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43, fully restored by Palm Beach Cruisers. This 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43 underwent a complete nut and bolt frame-off restoration. The restoration is fully documented, and it includes a copy of the original manifest of importation from Japan. The vehicle is located in Florida and has a clean Florida Title.

The body of the vehicle was removed from the chassis and stripped down to bare metal and inspected for cracks, broken welds, and rust. All defects found on the body were completely removed and replaced. The body was sealed with epoxy primer to prevent rust or corrosion from forming. The undercarriage was coated with Raptor Liner, adding an additional protective layer from rust. The whole body was painted with original factory paint (033).

The front bench seats, rear long jump seats, and door panels were reupholstered using vinyl, making it easy to maintain and clean. All original interior knobs, gauges, and ashtray were repaired or replaced using OEM Toyota parts.

A Vintage Air AC and Heating Unit with Defroster was incorporated to withstand all weather conditions. The original 2F 4.2 liter 6 cylinder inline engine was remanufactured to the original blueprints and exact specifications, using all OEM parts. The chassis and drivetrain were sandblasted and powder coated. All drivetrain components, including gaskets, seals, and bearings, were replaced with new ones. All electrical components, including the cable harness were replaced with new wiring, terminals, and connectors. The suspension was upgraded using a Pro Comp 2.5 Inch Lift Kit system. The exhaust system was replaced with a custom fabricated stainless steel exhaust system.
