Beautiful 1970 Z/28 with complete restoration. Car was sold new at Burt Chevrolet in Denver Colorado. Originally gold in color but was changed to Hugger Orange with white stripes during restoration by a professional body shop. 100% rust free with no significant body damage. The car is an original Z/28 but the front sheet metal was switched to the RS split-bumper style and an aftermarket cowl induction hood. Subframe was sandblasted and powder coated with all new bushings, ball joints, tie rods, etc. The engine is not numbers matching but it is the correct LT-1 casting and internals. Correct M-21 Muncie transmission and numbers matching 12 bolt differential. The seats were changed to the 1971 style and recovered in white. The car drives excellent and shows very well. Laser straight body and slick paint must be seen to appreciate. Original build sheet was found during restoration. Well over $50k invested in this car!
