FOR SALE IS MY 57 CHEV. CONV. WITH FUEL INJECTION WHICH I HAVE OWNED FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I HAVE WORKED TO KEEP THE CAR ORIGINAL. THE CAR HAS OPERATED EXTREMELY WELL OVER THE YEARS AND THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTM HAS NEVER REQUIRED SERVICE. IT STARTS FIRST TIME EVERY TIME. IN ORDER TO MAKE THE NEW OWNER ASSURED OF IT'S CONDITION I HAD JOHN GRATTA, A WELL KNOWN CORVETTE F.I. SPECIALIST, COME TO MY GARAGE AND REMOVE THE F.I. AND TAKE IT TO HIS SHOP FOR A FULL REBUILD. HE RETURNED TO MY GARAGE AND INSTALLED IT AND MADE FINAL ADJUSTMENTS. NOW RUNS JUST AS WELL AS IT ALWAYS HAD. THE ENGINE WAS REBUILT IN 2015 AND RUNS STRONG AND SMOOTH. RECEIPTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE CAR. THIS CAR HAS UNDERGONE A FULL ROTISSERIE RESTORATION. THE BODY IS STRAIGHT AND THE MATADOR RED PAINT WAS WET SANDED AND BUFFED TO REMOVE ANY DUST AND ORANGE PEEL AND THEN BUFFED TO FLAWLESS HIGH GLOSS FINISH. UNDERNEATH IS PAINTED RED OXIDE WITH LIGHT RED OVER SPRAY ALONG THE OUTER EDGES.
