BODY OVERVIEW: This beautiful Cadillac received a ground-up
restoration about 10 years ago, and has since been refreshed once
more. The body has those clear, crisp, Cadillac lines that everyone
thinks of and they still show prominently today! The body is
straight and beautiful!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The two-tone black & orange paint
separated by a custom green pinstripe gives a hint that this car is
far from stock, and looks quite flattering. The black gives it that
serious Cadillac look, while the orange is just the splash of color
it needs to really stand out. The paint has a nice glossy finish to
it, and is in great shape.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: What better choice for a black &
orange Cadillac could there be other than a black interior? The
front seat has been replaced with black buckets from another GM
product, and this was done by design as the tops of the buckets
match the height of the doors closely. When the car is aired out,
this helps keep the look clean and smooth all the way around. Open
the ashtray, and you'll find the air controls hidden away. In the
dash sits an aftermarket stereo powering a pretty serious Rockford
Fosgate system in the trunk. Last but certainly not least, mounted
under the dash is a Holley touch screen information center. This
device will tell you just about anything you want to know about
what's happening under the hood, and also acts as the speedometer
and tachometer!
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: If you read the "highlights" portion above,
this is the section you've been waiting for! While Cadillacs have
long been known for their slick styling and cruising capabilities,
this Series 62 has been taken to the next level with a twin-turbo
GM LS V8 hooked up to a 4L60 transmission. While this slick black
Cadillac still has that classic cruiser look, it runs like a bat
out of hell and is sure to catch many onlookers by surprise! If
you're looking for a combination of luxury and muscle, we can't
think of a better choice!
