We are pleased to present this 1951 Ford F100. Fresh from
restoration with only 59 miles showing on the new Dolphin odometer.
Full frame off restoration. The frame was sandblasted and painted
with por-15 2 coats. For the body of the truck: the cab, front
fenders, hood and doors were sandblasted and epoxy was applied, The
cab floor, cab corners and cowl sections were replaced, truck bed
was replaced with a new one with tailgate, wood was from carriage
house from the Bidstrupt estate, the green is original color base
coat clear coat, the black color is a single stage paint from
Nison, and all new glass and rubbers were installed. Mechanically
the flathead v8 was completely rebuilt, a new aluminum radiator was
installed, The electrical was converted to 12v with new fuse panel
and wiring, the generator was upgraded to a alternator style with
the look of the original, a new gas tank and gas line were
installed, and the 3 speed transmission was resealed. In addition,
the rear axle had new bearings and seal installed, the front end
was rebuilt with new spring bushings and new steering components,
the front brakes were upgraded to disk and a master cylinder and
booster were installed, and new rear brakes and wheel cylinders
with all new brake lines.
The interior is all new with new vintage gauges, a vintage style
radio with FM and Bluetooth and the heater core is new. And
finally, new Coker tires and new hubcaps were installed. We can
