This is a great looking, great cruising 34 hot rod at a great
price. The 34 coupes are among my top selling cars, this is the
least expensive ones I've had in a long time. Built from scratch
about 15 years ago and has been enjoyed about 16,000 miles
since.
EXTERIOR: All fiberglass 1934 3 window coupe with chopped top and
suicide doors. It certainly has a stand out color scheme. The
purple flames pop against the silver metallic. I don't see any
damage on the body. The metal flake is laid out evenly and it has a
thick clear coat finish. The paint is not perfect, it does have
some stress cracks. If you are standing next to the car it shows
really well. It was hand pinstriped by Hollywood. The doors open by
remote. It has chrome headlights with the tri-bar, tear drop
taillights with blue dots. Nerf style bumpers in front and a full
chrome bumper in back. The running boards are covered in ribbed
rubber, you can actually step on them. It has a really sharp set of
15 inch American Racing Salt Flat style wheels with spinners, they
look new. Tires look practically new too, much fatter in back.
INTERIOR: It has a very roomy and comfortable interior done in a
silver and purple trim to complement the exterior. I'm six foot
tall just hopped in here with no problem. Plenty of legroom,
headroom and the positioning of everything feels good. It has
reclining bucket seats. In front of me is a nostalgic cushion grip
wheel on a GM tilt column and a set of very clean easy to read
white face gauges. Down on the floor it has nice carpet and a Lokar
automatic shifter. The seats, door panels and the entire inside of
the cab is done in gray tweed. Purple flames are stitched on the
doors. The tunes come from a Pioneer CD stereo system and 6x9
speakers. It also features power windows.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is so full of sparkle it looks like a
showcase in a jewelry store. It is an early 70s 350 engine that's
been built with mild performance upgrades. On top is a polished
intake with an Edelbrock carburetor. It has an electric choke,
chrome fuel regulator and a stainless braided fuel hose. It also
has one of those cool see through distributor caps with an HEI
ignition system. A set of headers feed the exhaust system. Dressed
up with a matched set of Edelbrock finned aluminum valve covers,
breather and air cleaner. The plug wires are run in a billet loom.
The alternator and water pump are chrome. The master cylinder and
power brake booster are chrome. It has a mirrored firewall. An
electric fan keeps it running cool.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a pull release inside the car. The trunk
compartment is carpeted. The fuel filler is located in the
trunk.
UNDERSIDE: New square tube frame. Mustang Il front end has
independent suspension with coil over shocks and a polished rack &
pinion steering. In back it has a trailing arm suspension with coil
springs and air shocks. Bottom of the motor and trans is chrome-
oil pan, fuel pump, flywheel cover, trans pan. It has a Turbo 350
automatic. In back it has an 8.8 Ford rear end with 3.27 posi and a
chrome cover. The dual exhaust has Flowmaster mufflers and chrome
tips. Custom stainless fuel tank. It has disc brakes in front.
Everyone loves a 34 coupe. This head turner is ready drive and
enjoy!
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure
your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do
a walk around video that explains the car's condition in
detail.
