1978 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 with a Convertible modification! 350
4-Speed Manual w/ Air Conditioning. Definitely a unique car. This
is a great cruiser and goes down the road like a dream. This is a
Real Z28. No, there were no convertibles Camaros built in 1978.
This was a company that did this conversion kit many years ago. It
has a fully functional power top on it, and a custom boot to cover
up the top when it is down. It looks like GM did it themselves, a
non car enthusiast probably wouldn't even know this was done after
the car was built. Interior looks just like it did when it rolled
off the lot in '78, no extra gauges or new style radio for the
purist who wants to keep everything look just like the was it did
when it was sold new. This Camaro is equipped with with the
original 350 it came with along with a rare 4-speed transmission.
It is a wonderful driving car, it just floats down the highway.
Equipped AC, this car is a great example of a good cruiser or a car
that could be driven on a long road trip. We do have additional
walkaround and undercarriage videos of the car on our YouTube page
or upon request.
