Vehicle Description
1969 Plymouth Road Runner 383 restored into 'as found' 'Street
Freak". configuration. Purchased from the original owners widow,
the car was converted into its current status starting almost
immediately after original purchase in 1969. Street freaks were big
in the US in the late 60s early 70s. The wild custom paint jobs,
superfluous motor upgrades, and raised suspension all around made
them hard to miss. This one retains all of its period correct
original features, such as Nitrous Oxide tank and hook-up, ice
bucket gasoline cooler, direct header exhaust cutouts, etc. I have
owned this car for four years. Upon purchase I immediately took it
to automotive in Fort Wayne Indiana; to go through the car front to
back top to bottom and bring it into its current running condition.
This car is mechanically correct, capable of driving anywhere; and
is one of the last surviving examples of its kind. If you don't
like attention; then this is not the car for you. It draws a crowd
always. It is a piece of history. Please Note The Following
