Body Shell . All necessary fiberglass and related body work completed, including addressing the weak design flaws of door hard point mounts causing miss alignment, weak door handle mounting points and all other related issues to much to list. Body in primer paint for vinyl wrap. We highly recommend instead of current automotive water base paints.
Chassis. Has been media cleaned thoroughly inspected in jig making sure all front suspension pickup points are correct, rear radius arm points and rear chassis frame has been widened and reinforced to accept a wide range of drive train power plants. Also includes driver /passenger seat frame reinforcement kit a must for drivers over 150 lb.
* Complete rebuilt drive train conversion for Europa S2, replacing the antiquated under powered and weak Renault engine / trans axle, we have designed an alternative complete engine and trans axle assembly.
Utilizing race proven reliable F.C / S2000. Ford Pinto 2.0 engine producing 150-160 H.P. (spec race trim)
Upgraded dry sump race engine's, with longer rods, larger bore, lightened, balanced rotating assembly, our proprietary direct ignition system with custom individual port manifold and carburetors.
Due to increased H.P / Torque. Modified V.W trans axle, with custom engine adapter built to off road specifications rated for 190-200 H.P
This combination will deliver reliable.
185-195 H.P @ 6500-7000 rpm (pump gas)
210-215 H.P @ 6900-7500 rpm (race fuel, E85)
With custom gearing /final drive ratios, with 26".5 tire dia. @ 2500 r.p.m 4th gear. *62 mph. @6500 r.p.m 4th gear. *161 mph.
