We have here a sleeper of all sleepers. A stripped down Biscayne
with a 409-425 horsepower motor and a 4-speed. It is a western rust
free car with 72,686 miles. It was frame off restored 15 years ago
and sold at the Barrett Jackson Scottsdale auction. I personally
drove this car home, it is a sweetheart. It performed and
functioned like new. I just found the binder of documentation so I
have added for information in this description.

damage. All the body panels fit perfectly square and flush. You can

the clear coat is polished to a very high gloss finish. The grill
is real good original, the front bumper has been rechromed, the
moldings on the hood look new. The moldings down the sides and
around the windows are new or restored like new. The bow tie

was rechromed but there are some minor imperfections. It has bumper
guards, original taillights are beautiful. It has the original
glass. There are 4 original T-3 headlamps. It also has reproduction
blackwall Goodyear tires on painted rims with a mint set of poverty
hubcaps. The door jambs are very clean, the weather strips are very
good.

chrome knobs, heater controls, steering wheel, speedometer and
lense are pristine. wheel, factory radio delete. Overhead it has a
white perforated headliner in excellent shape, original visors and

reproduction upholstery on the seats and door panels. The armrests,
window cranks, rear package shelf, everything is real nice. It has
the correct 4 speed shifter for a bench seat with the little white
ball.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a correct 409 motor with the X cast on
the front of the block. It is the 425 hp with factory aluminum
intake and dual 4 barrel carburetors and solid lifters. The motor
was rebuilt. Bored .30 over, has racing pistons, new bearings,
ground valves etc. The correct Carter AFB carbs were rebuilt. It
has correct fuel pump for a 425 hp. Also has factory chrome valve
covers and the big dual snorkel air cleaner. It is upgraded with a

bottle with extra washer fluid. The alternator looks new.
Everything is very clean and proper. The metal is smooth and
painted neatly. Has hood insulation.

a grey and white spatter finish. The bottom of the trunk lid has
it's original paint in excellent condition. The jambs are real
clean with nice crisp factory seams, new weather strip. There is a

springs front and back. Looking up at the motor it still looks
spotless. The starter is clean, it has correct screw on canister
oil filter and a flywheel cover. It has a correct T-10 Borg Warner
4-speed transmission. Throw out bearing and clutch was replaced.
The trans was apart and gone through by Advanced Transmission. In

The frame is painted a smooth satin black. The underbody of the
car, inner rockers and lower quarters look completely rust free
with factory undercoat. Exhaust is new and is neatly bent along the
frame.
I went on a buying trip and bought 18 premium cars. When they were
delivered this was the best of the bunch. Right off the truck it
functioned like new. My whole crew was impressed!
