Firebird Formula 403
I’ve owned this car since 1986.
I believe I’m the 3rd owner.
Had 86k miles on it when I purchased it.
The odometer shows 144k.
I rebuilt engine and transmission when the car had 101k.
Repainted original color code with new OEM graphics in the early 90’s mainly due to a bad touchup job done before I bought it.
Garage stored.
The car is original as it gets.
Not a ton of info out there for the Formula’s, but this is what I could find.
In 1979 there were 24,850 Formula’s built.
Of those 7,731 had the 403 with automatic trans.
About half of those had the Carmine Red W50 Formula graphics.
No TA's were manufactured in Carmine Red.
WS6 suspension package with T-Tops makes this even more rare.
