1965 Ford Mustang Coupe finished in base/clear Toronado Red with
ceramic coating. This restomod has had care put into it in every
aspect, inside and out. This car has only 2,100 miles on it since
it was completed! Powered by the 351W V8 (stroked out to 408 ci)
that is paired with a C4 automatic transmission. This is also
equipped with Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, Edelbrock camshaft
and intake, and a Holley 670 cfm 4bbl carb, and 3in custom exhaust
made by Stainless Works. This was dyno tuned by Hutter Performance,
registered close to 300hp to the rear wheels. Riding on Torque
Thrust 5-spoke style wheels. Any bad panels were replaced and the
body was fully blasted; plus the uni-body was tied and roll bar
added. Almost the entirety of the chrome was replaced with brand
new chrome. Black vinyl bucket seat interior with heated seats.
Interior is also furnished with Autometer gauges, Vintage Stereo
radio, tachometer mounted under the dash, B&M Quicksilver
shifter on the floor, and wiring has been completely redone and
gone over. Front suspension has been upgraded to rack and pinion,
tubular A arms, coil over springs, and 1" drop spindles. Rear
suspension has been upgraded to a 9" differential with traction
lock 3.25:1 gear ratio and Moser axles. HID (High Intensity
Discharge) headlights have also been added. Front vacuum assisted
Wilwood disc brakes and Wilwood disc brakes in the rear with
slotted and drilled rotors. Great sounding Mustang!
