Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 22nd year in the
classic and muscle car business. Chevrolet's Chevelle was a wildly
successful intermediate-sized line of cars offered from 1964-1976.
The millions of Chevelles that were produced during this relatively
short span were fun and reliable cars that became woven into the
fabric of American car culture. This 1965 Chevy Chevelle Malibu
Convertible is a restomod that retains the classic styling of an
early Chevelle while benefitting from many modern upgrades. Lift
the hood and you'll find a balanced and blueprinted Chevy 350
that's been treated to a Holley carburetor and aluminum intake
manifold, roller rocker arms, nice headers, Mallory HEI, and an
aluminum radiator with a custom aluminum shroud. Power is sent to a
700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive, then back to a 12-bolt
rear end with 3.08 gears and Positraction. During its rotisserie
restoration a few years ago many comfort and convenience items were
replaced or added including power steering, power front disc
brakes, power seats, Vintage Air A/C and heat, an AM/FM stereo with
cassette, a custom interior, and a new convertible top with a
rebuilt frame. Additional items include new bumpers, polished
stainless steel, SS badging, auxiliary gauges, rear antenna, B.F.
Goodrich radial tires wrapped around American Racing wheels, front
and rear sway bars, and a Painless wiring harness. Judging by the
way this jewel drives, I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the
country. This is a straight and fun cruiser that's ready and
waiting to tangle your hair and make you smile. Street Dreams

worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
