We are pleased to present his 1949 Packard series 23. As far as we
can tell this survivor has simply been well maintained its entire
71 years. What we believe to be the original paint is in great
condition for its age as are the bumpers and rest of the
brightwork. The I8 288cc flathead starts and runs very well and the
3 speed on the column still shifts smoothly. The tan and gray
interior is also in great shape for its age with all the gauges
still functioning except for the gas gauge that we are looking at
to see what the issue is. We also have the original owner's and
service manual as well as the nonfunctional original aftermarket AM
