Vehicle Description
1972 Porsche 911E For Sale - Factory Albert Blue With Red Leather
Interior LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1972 Porsche 911E
The Porsche 911E which was produced between 1969 to 1973, was built
to replace the 911L that stands for "Luxury". The 911E was
positioned between the 911T (Touring) and the 911S (Super). The E
stands for the German "Einspritzung", which means injection. This
"mechanical fuel injection, MFI" was developed by Bosch and
Porsche. The 911E was supplied as standard with the 'comfort'
package: Ventilated brake discs with aluminum calipers, velor
carpet, leather-covered steering wheel, heavy bumpers, rubber
protective plates and chrome accents. The 1972 911 models were
equipped with an external filler lid for the oil tank, which was
located on the right rear fender flank. This was to provide better
weight distribution. Then in 1973 the external filler lid was
removed, due to a problem of pump attendants, and even owners,
often confusing the oil fill with that of the gasoline, producing
unwanted results. This 911E came painted from the factory in Albert
Blue and is complemented by a Red Leatherette interior which is a
timeless color combination. Other options include Saudi Arabian
equipment, light metal wheels, manual antenna, loudspeaker and
noise suppression, comfort equipment, tinted glass, electric
sunroof and Dunlop tires. Included in the sale of this beautiful
911E are Porsche COA and owner's manual. This beautiful 911E is
ready to be enjoyed by a new owner! Additional Details: 1972
