Nut and Bolt restoration started. Chevy C20 3/4 ton Step Side Apache truck long bed. Well over $10,000 invested in the chassis alone. Make me an offer... Chassis has been completely rebuilt. Every wear item has been replaced with new pieces from the steering components to the brakes. More details below. The frame was sand blasted and powder coated. All bearings in the differential were replaced by a custom drive train shop. Pictures show complete disassembly, strip down and repaint of chassis. Cab, fenders and other parts were acid stripped, sanded and primed. Other chassis parts were sand blasted prior to painting. Many new parts and spare parts in boxes.
Engine, 235 I-6 custom rebuilt top to bottom. I have spec sheet on all the new parts. This was a custom engine rebuild, not a crate engine.
Rear end: I took the transmission to a professional drive train shop. The pumpkin was removed and all new bearings were installed at great expense. They also did a complete brake repair job, installed new brake cylinders and drums were turned.
Stovebolt in-line six with a four speed manual floor shift transmission.
Complete new brake system. New cylinders, brake lines, drums turned, new pads all 4 wheels.
Chassis painted with Ceramic 2K paint.
