This 1969 Camaro is a masterpiece. It was fully restored and built
as a custom Pro-Stock machine in 2019. The Camaro has been used
only as a show car and has never been run on a track. It is NC
registered 'street legal', runs fine on 93 octane and has been
driven less than 500 miles since the build. This Camaro is a very
'unique' piece for getting down the road. Horsepower is furnished
by a 572ci GM Performance 'big-block' (new/crate). The motor has
been carefully prepared for ultimate performance. Features include:
aluminum heads, tunnel ram intake w/dual 'Fast' throttle body
electronic injection, Harwood fuel cell w/electric pumps, Billet
Specialties serpentine belt system and an aluminum flywheel.
Exhaust is routed through custom 2.25" Doug's headers, a 3.5"
stainless exhaust and Flowmaster Delta Force mufflers. Cooling is
managed by an HD aluminum radiator w/dual electric fans and the
premium Optima dry-cell battery has been relocated to the rear. Our
owner states that the big-block produces 700bhp on pump gas. A
Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual gearbox w/Line Lock is managed by a
McCleod hydraulic clutch system. Power is delivered by a 4"
aluminum driveshaft to a Strange Engineering 9" Ford posi-traction
differential with 4.10:1 gears, held firmly in place by HD leaf
springs, QA1 coil-over shocks and tubular control arms. Braking is
power-assisted Wilwood 4-wheel discs and wheels are 15" Billet
Specialty (6"f/12"r) with Mickey Thompson radials. The custom
Serenity Blue finish is exceptional ($10K). Accents include a
custom hood, very nice chrome/stainless and Z/28-style rear
spoiler. The fully customized grey leather interior incorporates a
full roll cage, amazing custom dash w/AutoMeter gauges, 5-point
Simpson harnesses, Vintage A/C and an AM/FM sound system. There was
never an 'Option Code' on Chevrolet's 1969 order sheet for this
amazing Camaro - it is one-of-a-kind and is going to make its new
owner very proud. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
