Vehicle Description
Ever wanted to drive that perfect piece of classic Americana?
Something that's instantly recognizable for being an icon and never
leaves you wanting for anything. That's why this 1957 Chevrolet 210
has the legendary Tri-Five profile in bold two-tone on the outside,
A/C on the inside, and a well-built V8 with an upgraded five-speed
to keep it all cruising right.
It's evident that a lot of care went into to keeping the panels
straight and the gaps uniform. This is quite important because that
bright side trim sweeps from front to tail. So this one gives a
look of quality with the way the full body lines runs virtually
uninterrupted. So with such great side trim, you can see why they
upgraded this 210 to the Bel Air's iconic fan style insert in the
tailfin. Blockbuster Blue with a white roof is a distinctive color
package that will let people take note of this car from blocks
away. And while you have all the right iconic classic chrome pieces
(especially the shimmering '57 front end,) the Cragar SS wheels and
dual exhaust tips also show that the brightwork likes to announce
this is an upgrade machine.
The interior has the unmistakable look of a fresh investment...we
even have the receipt to prove it! The gray looks tasteful against
the exterior blue that returns on the door tops and dash. And it
has a plush feeling everywhere from the carpeting to the seats. But
you really start to feel the added value when you slip behind the
wheel. For example, you get the artful style classic steering
wheel, but now it's on a tilt column. That gives you a great view
to the new and crisp Classic Instruments gauge package. And the
large tach in on top of the dash goes great with the Hurst shifter
boldly coming up from the floor. There's even air conditioning
running modern R134a for easy servicing, and the retro-style
AM/FM/cassette stereo gives you the best driving music. Starting to
get the picture on this one? It has been subtly upgraded everywhere
for extra power and everyday comfort.
Under the hood looks tidy and well-detailed, with fresh-looking
hoses, belts, and wiring. There's plenty of flair including the
bright block, polished air cleaner, and finned valve covers. The
Tri-Five Chevys were the dawn of the small block, but they were
never given anything as powerful as this. It starts with a larger
350 cubic-inch V8, and it has had performance components added such
as a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, Weiand aluminum intake, and
HEI ignition. Headers add extra power while giving a sweet tune to
the upgraded X-pipe dual exhaust. Plus, the upgrade in late 2018 to
a Tremec five-speed manual transmission means a great overall
driver that gives you full control as well as overdrive. Power
steering, power brakes w/front discs, and wide BF Goodrich T/As at
all corners complete a smooth and powerful package that was built
to be enjoyed.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual, title
documentation, maintenance records, and build receipts. This is one
of those rare cars that celebrates its history while squarely
keeping its eye on the future. The trophies you pick up along the
way are just the bonus. Call today!!!
