Cool classic rides has yet another great project scout II we are
selling as is. This 1980 Scout II has tons of potential and if you
know Scouts it does have the usual rust issues. The interior is
absolutely stellar to look at as it looks like it is only a few
years old not forty years old. Aside from the rust issues the body
is very straight and shows no sign of prior abuse or accidents. The
motor runs strong although the fuel tank needs to be dropped and
cleaned. We have ran it with a small fuel can under the hood only.
The transmission does leak and may need serviced or rebuilt. As you
are probably aware finished Scouts will bring a premium price when
they are restored correctly and we feel this one has all the
potential to be a project that will reward your efforts when
