The MGA replaced the MG TF Midget and represented a complete styling break from MG's earlier sports cars. Announced on September 26th, 1955 the car was officially launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show.  Powering this little go-kart is a 1600cc Dual Carb motor, backing that powerplant is a tight 4-speed manual transmission. Collector owned with original pink slip and repainted only once.  It is finished in Lt Dove Gray with striking re-done Red interior that shows excellent and a Red toneau cover.  If you're looking for a car with classy styling but would still be fun to whip around in a road course this would be the perfect candidate. Other options on this MGA include: original radio, seat belts, convertible top, side windows, spare tire, fender mirrors, new front disc and rear drum brakes, brand new Coker tires, original jack and a few extra parts.  This little iconic English sports car runs and drives great, quick, responsive and a total BLAST TO DRIVE.  NO RUST and ready for fun.   #L84451  Now on display at the home of “over the top cars” CHECKERED FLAG CLASSICS 7743 MONTEREY ST GILROY, 408-847-8788 or 888-625-2774, sold as-is, California buyers are responsible for sales tax and license fees.  Buy with confidence I am a licensed bonded California dealer.  On the web: checkeredflagclassics.com
