This 1967 Morgan 4/4 is a right-hand-drive example that was acquired by the current owner in 1985. The car is finished in green over a tan interior and is powered by a 1,498cc Ford inline-four mated to a four-speed manual gearbox. Features include a side-hinged hood with a leather strap, a tonneau cover, wire wheels, a driving light, a rear-mounted spare tire, fender-mounted mirrors, and a chrome grille and bumpers. Maintenance completed within the last five years has included replacement of the spark plugs, ignition coil, and valve cover gasket, along with a recent oil change and refurbishment of the right rear wheel cylinder. This 4/4 is now offered on dealer consignment in California with service records and a clean Texas title.
The car was reportedly refinished in green in 1985 and features a side-hinged hood with a leather strap, a hinged windshield, a driving light, fender-mounted mirrors, and a chrome grille and bumpers.
15? chrome wire wheels feature knock-offs and wear 165/80 Nexen SB802 tires. Equipment includes a rear-mounted full-size spare and front disc brakes. The right rear wheel cylinder was repaired in 2020.
The interior features bucket seats trimmed in tan leather with matching door panels and floor covering. Equipment includes a black leather-wrapped Moto-Lita steering wheel and a wooden dashboard.
Instrumentation includes an 8k-rpm tachometer, a combination gauge with temperature, amperage, fuel level, and oil pressure readouts, and a 110-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer indicates 5k miles. True mileage is unknown.
The pre-Crossflow 1,498cc Ford inline-four features a reverse-flow cylinder head with both the intake and exhaust ports on the same side of the engine. Maintenance completed within the last five years includes replacement of the spark plugs, ignition coil, and valve cover gasket, as well as a recent oil change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in 2019. Corrosion is noted underneath.
