Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1980 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Roadster. Finished in Petrol Blue Green Metallic over bamboo leather interior, this is a two-owner car with 57,000 documented original miles and complete service records to new. It's easily one of the best-kept examples of a 107 we have seen in recent memory. Very nice paint and body. Both tops in excellent condition. Excellent original underside with no known rust in the floors, rockers or battery box.

Interior presents beautifully with a crack-free dash and wood. Steering wheel, door panels, carpets, headliner and seat upholstery are all in very well-preserved original condition. Original and working Becker Mexico cassette stereo. All automatic climate control functions work (A/C is ice cold and blows through the center vents). All gauges are clear and working, from the clock to the original 85-mph speedometer.

This Mercedes has been impeccably maintained throughout its life, with a stack of mostly dealer service records dating to new. Recent service over the last decade includes a power steering gearbox reseal, shifter bushings, automatic heater valve replacement, brake job with new master cylinder and new hoses, new thermostat, new a/c compressor, new climate control vacuum actuator, steering coupler, full tune-up and more.
