1989 Mercedes Benz 560SL Last of the best! Final year of this SL
model. Beneath this superficial copper paint job is a TRIPLE BLACK
(confirmed by build plate) hardtop/convertible waiting to be
restored. Would easily fetch 4 times what I'm asking if it were
restored. Just check E bay. New battery and new brakes (slotted and
drilled rotors) with a new aftermarket exhaust system. Car starts,
runs and drives well. 5.6 litre V8 with a 4 speed automatic
overdrive transmission. Canvas top in reasonably good condition
with a hardtop (or NO top) too. A/C is not currently working. Hope
to get the cruise control working shortly. 17' wheels with good
rubber. A touchscreen flip-down stereo was installed with a
HOMELINK auto-dimming rearview mirror. Tucked bumpers. Hardtop
sling available for an additional. NO dash cracks. Unbelievably
preserved (not restored) seats. A couple of drips (fixable)
Understandable on a 30+ y/o car. Factory service manual on CD
