This 1987 Jeep Wrangler Laredo is a very clean and original YJ that spent its life in the Pacific NW. This Jeep has had a few nice modifications and mechanical updates. It was done to appear original on the outside and it really nice on the inside. The body on this Jeep is all metal and it is in excellent original condition. We found no signs of rust or rust repair anywhere and the underside is original and clean as well. The Olympic White paint appears to be all original and looks great with some nice patina showing here and there. The original Laredo decals still look nice and the laredo options are all intact. The interior is clean and stock with new carpet installed recently, a new stereo installed recently, and they added custom gauges and a nice switch charging panel. The original seats, dash and door panels are all in excellent condition. Just a very nice, mostly stock interior. All of the lights, gauges, horn, wipers, heat are working.

Mechanically this Jeep is excellent and well cared for. The engine is a Remanufactured 258 Inline 6 (the engine has the reman tag, but no receipt). When it was rebuilt they added a Howell Fuel Injection System which is a major upgrade for ease of running and power. It also received a new aluminum radiator, new alternator, new DUI distributor, and new starter. The engine starts easily and runs strong. The transmission is the A999 Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the np207 transfer case with the 4wd operating as it should. Rae axle is a DANA 35 and Front Axle is a DANA 30 and they 3.07 Gears. They also added a 2.5 Inch Lift Kit and installed 31 Inch Tires on some imitation beadlock wheels. Over all this is just a great cool old Jeep that can be a fun weekend rig or everyday driver.
